2. General Disclaimer
   1. According to the Insurance Law and other legislation binding on the Insurance Information and Monitoring Centre (SBM), e-mail / text / message / mobile application / webpage contents are considered as a confidential document between the related parties even if the contents do not include any confidential information. It cannot be made public, reproduced in any way without informing and obtaining written approval of the Insurance Information and Monitoring Centre(SBM); its content cannot be partially or completely copied, distributed, leased, altered and it cannot be used or made available for commercial purposes under any circumstances.
   2. Unauthorized uses of; reproduction, distribution of information contained in the e-mail / text / message / mobile application / webpage as well as making it available to unrelated parties in any way and/or using for such activities are prohibited.
   3. If you are not the intended recipient of any information / message related to the Insurance Information and Monitoring Centre (SBM), please contact with the sender, delete the message and notify the SBM by using the contact form available on the following link: Contact Form
   4.    1. The Insurance Information and Monitoring Centre (SBM) is the owner of siseb.sbm.org.tr the website and its contents. The users visiting our website shall be hereby deemed to have accepted other terms of use including but not limited to the ones listed below.
   2. According to the Article 31/B of the Insurance Law, all formalities and records of the Insurance Information and Monitoring Centre (SBM) are confidential. Parties related to the Insurance Information and Monitoring Centere (SBM) and/or receiving the information published by the Insurance Information and Monitoring Centere (SBM) in any way cannot be disclose such information to any other and/or make such information available to any party, excluding the authorized parties, or such information cannot be used for any commercial or social activity even if such activity is non-profit. This prohibition on the disclosure applies even if the acquired information is made public by the Insurance Information and Monitoring Centre (SBM) and it is not considered a secret. Parties breaching this obligation shall be punished between one year to three years jail sentence and punitive fine will not be less than two hundred days. The concerned legal entities shall be subject to the security measures listed on the Turkish Penal Law.
   3. The Insurance Information and Monitoring Centre’s (SBM) website and its contents are not commitments made to any person and/or organization about any topic.
   4. The users might refer to the information and documents available on the website only for information purposes. Even if the available information is made public by the Insurance Information and Monitoring Centre (SBM), the information cannot be partially or completely copied, distributed, leased, reproduced, made available through the sublicenses, altered, kept to be used in the future and used for any commercial and promotion activity even such activity is a non-profit event without prior written consent of the Insurance Information and Monitoring Centre (SBM).

The Insurance Information and Monitoring Centre (SBM) and its partners hold all rights that can be considered under the scope of copyrights, registered trademark, patent and proprietary rights such as information, design, image and logo used on www.sbm.org.tr, excluding the ones owned by the third parties. Such rights cannot be used without written permission of the Insurance Information and Monitoring Centre (SBM) and cannot be used for the commercial purposes.
   6. The Insurance Information and Monitoring Centre (SBM) reserves the right of changing all information and design on www.sbm.org.tr website and affiliated electronic platforms without any notice.
   7. The Insurance Information and Monitoring Centre (SBM) does not assume any responsibility related to the damages or the losses suffered or to be suffered because of the information published on the website or the transactions based on such information or failure to have access to the website. Responsibility for all sorts of the decision and the action based on the information available on the website shall be on account of the person receiving and using such information. The Insurance Information and Monitoring Centre (SBM) shall not be responsible. The information available on the website cannot be used as evidence in case of any legal dispute.
   8. The Insurance Information and Monitoring Centre (SBM) cannot be held responsibility for direct or indirect losses or damages arising from accessing to and/or uses of www.sbm.org.tr website or any website redirected from this website. Responsibility of the redirected website belongs to the owner of that website.
6. For Use of Mobile Applications
   1. Mobile Accident Report (MKT) is filled out and sent to the Insurance Information and Monitoring Centre’s (SBM) records.
   2. The applicant is responsible for the information provided. Any misstatement is considered as a crime under the Insurance Law numbered 5684 and Turkish Penal Law.
   3. The Insurance Information and Monitoring Centre (SBM) and Insurance Company do not assume any responsibility about the contents of the filed report.
   4. The information shall be kept within the Insurance Information and Monitoring Centre’s (SBM) records; it shall be shared with the Insurance Companies and used for the third party queries in the future.
   5. Once the MKT formality is approved, the filled information is forwarded to the concerned Insurance Company and a record of claim is generated to be used for the queries.
   6. In addition, the MKT, the concerned party must notify the insurance company about the claim.
   7. For your own safety, you should protect your personal data on all platforms, including the mobile applications.
   8. Do not keep your full ID number, vehicle registration place and such other information in writing at the same place and exposed.
   9. Do not use the same password for different internet applications.
   10. You must definitely use the applications such as; security password and key lock for preventing the access to your mobile phone and computer by third parties other than you.
   11. Download all applications from secure mobile application stores for being protected from malware.
   12. Do not open any e-mails and the attachments you receive on your mobile phone and computer from unknown senders.
   13. Use the updated antivirus software prepared for mobile phones and computers.
   14. Do not share your personal information with persons who present them as personnel of the Insurance Information and Monitoring Centre (SBM). If you have any suspicions, please complete the contact form available on www.sbm.org.tr and send it to the Insurance Information and Monitoring Centre (SBM).
   15. Do not use the wireless networks such as; public and unsecured Wi-Fi and the Bluetooth if you are not sure about its safety. Do not accept any files sent over the Bluetooth if you do not know the source and level of security.
   16. Turn off your applications such as Wi-Fi and the Bluetooth when you do not need them.
